Three Polish films will take part in the main competition of DokuFest, the International Documentary and Short Film Festival in Prizren which will be held till 25 August 2013!

 

 

Polish films in Kosovo


This year three Polish films have been chosen to take part in the main competition of DokuFest 2013, the International Documentary and Short Film Festival in different categories. Film ‘Sztuka znikania’ directed by Bartek Konopka and Piotr Rosołowski will take part in the Feature Dox, ‘Mój Dom’ directed by Magdalena Szymków in Short Dox and ‘Ziegenort’ directed by Tomasz Popakul in the International Dox. All films will get a chance to win the main award in particular category.
 

About the Festival


DokuFest, the International Documentary and Short Film Festival, is the largest film event in Kosovo. The Festival is organized in August in the picturesque and historical town of Prizren which attracts numerous international and regional artists. The event is a driving force in the fields of culture, education and activism for sound cultural policies and alternative education system in Kosovo. DokuFest is held Since 2002 and in 2010 was voted as one of the 25 best international documentary festivals.
