Julia loves photography. Thanks to her passion, she meets Maciek. They both live on the same housing estate, one that is none too safe, either. For years it has been the turf of two rival groups of football fans, the Blacks and the Hounds. Like a modern-day Romeo and Juliet, Maciek and Julia are caught on opposing sides of the warring club factions. And, like the protagonists of Shakespeare’s drama, their love for one another is hit by a series of tragic events.
